SMS Messaging Terms

These terms govern the text messages sent by TikiTram, LLC d/b/a HelloAssist ("HelloAssist") on behalf of the businesses that use our AI receptionist Services. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive a text, you accept these terms.

Program description

HelloAssist sends transactional text messages on behalf of a business you contacted. These include: (1) a one‑time secure link to upload photos and confirm your service address so the business can prepare a quote, sent only after you ask for it and agree on a call; and (2) appointment confirmations and reminders for appointments you booked with the business. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program, and we do not text purchased or rented lists.

How you opt in

You opt in by verbally agreeing on a phone call with the business's AI receptionist when it offers to text you a link, or by booking an appointment with the business. We send messages only to people who took one of these actions.

Message frequency

Frequency varies and is tied to your request or appointment — there is no recurring or scheduled marketing series.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Opt out — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt‑in/consent data are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
